Whats the difference between Kraft Bubble Mailers and non Kraft?

I'm looking to buy some bubble mailer on ebay but they all have the same picture for their bubble mailers. The seller offers kraft and non kraft mailers...

Can someone enlighten me on what the kraft seal is referred to?

Kraft is a type of paper. If it's not kraft it's probably regular white paper on the outside of the envelope


EDIT: oops... I missed the part about the seal. Not sure what that is

You got it right.....Kraft is the tan paper (the same color that boxes are). If it's not Kraft it will be white (sometimes called oyster).
