What's the difference between ATI Radeon 8500 and 8500LE?

275/275 core/mem clock, against 250/250 core/mem clock. Generally amounts to roughly 4-6% performance difference.

There is also the 'LELE' which is clocked at 230/230.... but so far as I know NewEgg seems to be the only one selling those in any semblance of volume.

Depends whom you purchase it from. There are many variants of the LE, a couple from ATi themsoves and no shortage of third pary LE's.
