what's that 3-pin connector on Power supply (CompUSA 300W)? My multimeter read little voltage on it, and plug it to MB fan connector shows no fan speed reading in BIOS.

I thought that 3-pin is for P/S fan also. But since that fan does not need power from MB, why there are 3 wires on it? It should only provide the sensor function, so it should be only 1 or 2 wires? Even the connector has three pins. 😕
