What's the deal with those QRAY bracelets?

Q-Ray ... a bracelet for those who believe in the placebo effect.

Wow, maybe, Q-Ray would like to use that slogan for their advertising.
 
A friend of a friend's dad is the inventor. He's insanely rich and so is his hot daughter. We called up the hotline one time while intoxicated and tried to get the inventor on the phone. As you could expect, it didn't go so well. Oh yeah, it's total BS as well.

This is why the commercials don't say what it does.

Believe me, I was confused when I saw them too. You see dozens of people in the span of 2 minutes tell you that it's great and works wonders but are never told what it's supposed to do.


Edit: A guy at work has one but he can't really tell me what it's supposed to do. He seems like the type that would have to have one just because of the commercials.

How do you know that you're not mistaking placebo effect with a beneficial medical effect that modern Western science cannot detect?
