Whats the deal with OCZ?

I have noticed that alot of people here dont seem to like them, but i haven't caught the reasons. I was considering ordering from them possibly so i would be intrested in why people dont like them.

They have a lot of good products, but they have had very poor customer service in the past, and I don't just mean being rude, even though they can be. They often charge too much, and forget to ship and bad stuff liek that. I have heard that they are under new ownership, so that all may change, I hope.

I've ordered a few things from them before and haven't had a problem, however I have heard some horror stories also.
