you gotta grease the wheels to keep the ship from veering off to the left

seems a lot of 'democrat' influencers where paid money to hype Kamala's campaign and to steer conversations away from certain topics (these people are very mad at the moment btw)

example's

Although not stated as such, they basically dont like the direction the Dems are going with majority opposition to Israel and the Gaza genocide. And want to focus only on domestic politics. David Packman, Brian Cohen, Aaron Parnas, Meidas Touch, members of Chorus, dont discuss Gaza. And I'll bet Chorus wants to expand their dem influencers network along that line. So you can guess who the dark money sources may be and why they want to keep it secret.

I'm not sure I get the outrage (in either direction) with this one. Seems like a circular firing squad with no real benefits.

Basically boils down to this. Select dem influencers will be paid for their content if it adheres to certain stipulations, incl not disclosing who they are paid by or that they are even paid at all. Other stipulations involve not attacking or criticizing Dem officials or other members of Chorus. The nature of their content may be required to adhere to certain guidelines as well. When you are paid up to $8k a month, many will not want to rock the boat and adhere to whatever guidelines are set for them. This could alter political debates on various matters, ie, foreign vs domestic issues. That dark money is involved suggests nefarious agendas may be at play.

Other secret contract clauses forces participants to deny acknowledging the program, that they had to take down articles that Chorus didn't like, and to sort of cede direct dealings with politicians and hand it off to Chorus.

Isn't the woman in that picture the one the DNC hired to lure young men into the democratic party? Seems like she's got a pretty good gig as well.

Fascist shitbag collaborators just totally ignoring millions of dollars Russia funneled directly to NRA "influencers", and right-wing podcasters. Fascist collaborators gonna collaborate with fascists, it's what they do.

I doubt the constatives pay as well, cheap bastards.
Wow, imagine believing this. Fox News didn't even blink when they had to pay $787M. Conservative media is a multi-billion dollar industry. There is no way you don't know by now that conservative pundits and the entire GOP work for billionaires. No way. Every policy they push and every vote they cast benefits people that would happily hunt you and your family for sport.

So why would they bother paying small time influencers?

Welp, time to whip out the BothSidesDoIt™ BigLie.

How are the fascists paying people to promote fascism any different than people who support democracy paying people to promote democracy?

Round and round you go if you're trying to reason with a fascist collaborating shitbag.

Democrats don't have to trick people into voting for them because they don't vote to make our lives worse in every possible way like the GOP does every time they grab power.
So when the democrats pay influencers to say things or avoid certain subjects it's because of their deep concern for the public good, and when republican's do the same thing it's because the evil Nazi's are tricking the ignorant into supporting them?
Good luck with that logic.

Well you do believe that there was a border crisis without any real proof so I’d say effectiveness is one difference.

Not necessarily to the first part but most definitely to the second part. Is that too much for you to understand?

I absolutely did not patrol the border or ports of entry counting the number of people that were allowed through. How many day's did you spend doing it?

This is exactly why you're a conservative. You don't understand the difference between believing things without evidence and not believing things without evidence. You think the two are equally valid takes when one is logically sound and the other is logically flawed.
