i still can't believe all those people ate the bugs on the china trip. freaking weirdos 😛

i dunno, i've eaten jellyfish, and some other weird seafood that i still don't know the source of. and that pork blood stuff too. i think it's pretty normal for chinese people though.
 
where did you find seamen to volunteer for that?

natto - its fermented soybeans with a raw egg mixed in. smell nasty and tastes just as bad.

raw sea urchin tastes pretty strange too...

There is a "Chocolate Pork" recipe, otherwise known as Dinuguan.
The "Chocolate Pork" name cracks me up, b/c it's a nice way to get
Filipino-American kids and non-Filipinos to eat what is basically a
blood stew made with pork stuff (i.e. pork head, liver, heart, blood).

snails? i guess thats common... probably some dim sum of some sort that i didn't know what i was getting. though thats probably common though. i have no idea who decided to eat chicken feet first.

oysters are pretty nasty when you look at them raw. damn tasty with some worcester, lemon juice, and tobasco.

if your girlfriend snowballs you when you're not expecting it thats really weird...

Yeah, that gets my vote also. But... it doesn't taste like tofu at all to me. I remember my stepmother telling me, "oh, don't worry, I think it's mixed with chicken blood too!" Yeah, that makes everything better...

I can't tell if she said that just to mess with me, but all I remember is that I ate it, and I drank a lot of tea afterwards.
