what's the correct size for printing a CD case insert?

I've tried 4.71 x 4.75" and all that, I can never seem to get it just right. It's for the front insert on a slimline jewel CD case. I'm just printing on a piece of paper and cutting it with scissors. Anyone know what the exact dimensions are? I've tried googling for numbers but none are right, and I'm having a heck of a time trying to get the right numbers lol.
 
If I remember correctly, it's 9.45" w x 4.25" h.

I know it's 9" x 4" but I don't know the exact fractions... that's if you want 2 panel insert with a fold down the middle.

5" x 4-3/4" is the measurement I just got for 1 panel off a slim jewel case.

Measured straight of my CD Label Making Kits pre cut Front Inlay Card... just a C hair under 4 3/4 X 4 3/4's inches.
