As the great Bourdain once said - a runny yolk is egg porn.

The answer is 5 to 6 minutes for any application from ramen to whatever, except egg salad, which is a hard boil. What say you heathens?

I only like my eggs scrambled, and they need to be overcooked. Any other way and they're nasty. Runny yolk is the fucking worst. Ew. Might as well eat some snot while you're at it.

I ain't even gonna try that shit, the very notion is horrifying.
I challenged myself last week to eat blue cheese (a mild one) and I enjoyed it. At the age of 44. The first couple of times I had to focus on something completely different, because the thought of putting moldy cheese in my mouth was invoking my gag reflexes. But once I found out it was like eating a brie, then I could enjoy it. :)

Blue cheese is interesting, very flavorful. I don't really purchase it, but I'll eat it (first tried it at age 36-37).

For years I didn't think I liked blue cheese, and I still don't, but I've come to enjoy it as an ingredient in various foods. I don't like it by itself.

I am allergic to raw egg yolk so have not had runny yolk in decades. Unfortunately raw egg yolk is used in medical things too so no flu shot for me.

Bob's Blue cheese dressing is Da bomb! Used to dip fries in it when I worked there. Good stuff!

I love blue cheese in salads and stuff like burgers. IDK if I could just eat BC. I suppose I could since I'm a fan.

I'm on a keto diet and boil them by the dozen for 20. My #1 need is the easy clean peel.
Buying the 5 dozen brick at Costco. FTW
