Arnold's Conan sword. I held a special edition $11,000 version of that sword once. At 7 lbs. 12 oz. (extremely heavy for a sword) I could barely even pick it up from the grip. The fact that Arnold swung it around like it was made of balsa wood is pretty much amazing.

Edit: This replica is identical to the prop except made from a better steel. The prop in the movie did weigh roughly the same.

The Honjo Masamune and Saddle Cutter in particular make me think badass cranked to 11. Saddle Cutter has another less PC name and a grim background to go with it, but I consider it the pinnacle of what sharp means in the context of Japanese design and craftsmanship.

Date Masamune struck a fellow mounted (and armored) samurai with such a downward hit he cleaved the guy in half, embedding the tachi in his opponents saddle frame.

That's fucking sharp.
