What's the command in HL to show FPS? (not net_graph, the actual fps command)

Does anyone know what the command is for HL (cs) that constantly shows the fps rate you're getting? Net_graph does this, but isn't accurate as it takes up a lot of cpu cycles. If you know, I'd appreciate a reply!

Welp, I hear that netgraph takes up quite a few cpu cycles, and can cause the readout to be inaccurate by 5-10 fps! I hear that cl_showfps 1 is much more accurate when showing the fps...

do net_graph 3, it's the non-graphical version of the netgraph and doesn't waste fps

well... my FPS are always maxed anyways so what do i have to worry about?
