What's the cheapest way to get from Atlanta to Mexico in an airplane?

I'm wondering what the cheapest way to get to Cancun is... I would have posted this in one of the hot deal sections, like iwanna type stuff... I can search expedia and travelocity too. My deal is that I know there are a lot of travel agents offering $400 3 day all inclusive packages...with airfare. How do they do it? There has to be some trick. My travel dates are Aug 11-18. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. The cheapest tickets I can find are about $400 per ticket with all taxes on Air Mexico. Any ideas I'm poor?

He is exactly right pretty much, but you should try and hitchhike if you can. I have an uncle that hitchhiked all the way to Mexico from Atlanta. He had a mental breakdown....lost everything and gave up everything. I never really see him anymore, but yeah that would be the cheapest way.
