What are you up to at this hour? 😉

Playing poker online and reading stuff here when i fold.

Sounds like fun.

I don't know where everyone else went off to...Dug suddenly disappeared (maybe his video card died again), and I assume Insane3D is still playing with his shiny new camera...😛

He finally got the camera then? Bout time.

In college I had a big test in the morning i was stressing over. The morning of my test my roomate set my alarm and clock ahead one hour to scare the crap out of me.

They still haven't found his body.

slept through a final once. woke up at the end of the testing period. got to follow the prof. to his office. He switched around a bunch of questions, added a few and printed me out an entirely different and more difficult test than everyone else got. I definately deserved it, but it sucked

I slept through my first final ever in college. It was a philosophy final. I didn't go talk to the prof either. New quarter started and i had an incomplete in the class. Talked to the guy and he said if i want to take it, i can. So i did....didn't study at all. I had a D at the end of the quarter, took the final, and ended up with a C. 😕 And i sucked on the final. LOL

My grandmothers funeral. (Actually it was a service on a boat where they spread her ashes over the water.) It's been almost 10 years now and I have still not forgiven myself for missing it

I slept through a midterm for Intro. to Linear Algebra. I ran to class in the last five minutes in my PJs and unbrushed teeth. He let me take it the hour after.

Exact same story for me . . . except it was a Slavic class and the professor let me take it a couple hours later (during his office hours).

Unfortunately, in my mad rush out the door, I forgot my keys and couldn't go back home to brush my teeth and such until my roommates got home later that day . . .

My wife (fiance at the time) was moving, and had a big moving event planned, her parents were going to be there and a bunch of other people to help her move all of her crap. Like the good future husband that I am, I overslpet and missed it. Real good impression there....

A flight from London to Edinburgh. Luckily there was space on a flight later that day and they didn't even charge me extra.

PSAT, totally missed it. my friends came over after they were done with it while i was still sleeping. damn.

I overslept a PSAT that I was going to take in 7th or 8th grade. It was to determine who could qualify for a special Johns Hopkins math class. Math came easy to me growing up and I probably would've qualified, but I missed it.

I too overslept my very first college final. It was PolySci 101, and also the very first time I used the flat tire excuse. I showed up with about 15 minutes left in the testing period, the professor let me take the exam on the condition that I still was subject to the time limit. Luckily it was multiple choice. I still finished the whole thing before time was called! Ended up getting a C in that class...
