if you have a 5 gal bucket around (i doubt that you do, cause its mainly a restaurant thing) or other round portable object about a foot to a foot and a half in diameter, spool it around there and there ya go

Tie one end onto your car axle and drive down the street. There might be a problem getting it off though.

Buy a piece of clothes-line for 99 cents and hang it somewhere. Get a long and small cardboard roll, or get 4 or 5 empty toilet paper rolls (College Students: TP) and tape it together String the line through the roll. Go crazy and spin the whole damn thing in.
