I wanna jump into the stock market.....very carfully of course. Whats the best way to trade stock online? Any online broker in particular?

I was off line for a while last week. I wouldn't trade being online for off line for anything.

Ive heard some good things about Datek.

I personally use Datek and I like it. They have many useful tools and relatively low commission rates.

What do you need to have to signup with Datek? How do there payments work? Debit, Credit, send personal check, or MO?
