Looks fine.
Here's an old trick how to determine best placement for the sub: put it into your chair, play a bass intensive track, and then listen everywhere in the room as to where the sub sounds best. That will be the best sub position.

Otherwise, it looks relatively good. Speakers are far out, so unless you have a really good 4.1 system, you won't be too happy with the sweet spot - if so, you could try angling them in a little.

Trust me!, SUB's sound Much Much better on the floor....

I use to have mine on the table, then i moved it onto the floor and it sounded much more solid....

Well, my SUB is shielded i think, check on the box or the manual for magnetically shielded, or hold the sub right at the front of the monitor, move it slowly and check for the effect that looks like you pressed a calculator screen..., you might not feel comfortable doing this though

Try placing the sub under your main monitor. you'll hear a better base if its either directly in back of you or infront of you. Also turning your sats slightly towards the middle of the room might have a better effect. hearing it live from you own room will give you the best results. Adjust them towards your needs. I have a set of Klispch 4.1 which are in the similar configuration but instead I have speaker stands holding them up. Perfect i must say ;)

Wow ... nice system... well ... if the bass is too strong on the floor can't you just lower the bass settings?
i think it should be placed on the floor somewhere under the desk... the corner position usually works fine for me ... if the 2 walls are solid and long the bass should travel nicely throughout the room ...

sats on the ceiling might be too high... i raised my 2 rear sats close to the ceiling and i think they are too high, but than again ... my front are head level so it's not even...i think i'll move them someday...
if the sats are high quality i think your config will be fine... why did you chose to have the sats face left and right instead of front and back?

just check your manual to see if the sub is shielded ... i think it is ... my sub isn't though...so to be safe keep it 1-2 feet away from cables and electronic stuff...

Good luck!

Congrats on your system, but here are a few things I'd do with it.....

1) Put that sub-woofer on the floor. I'd place it about 2 feet from the wall, that's all the air it will need to push. Any more than that, then you're straining it.

2) If you have to have the satellites on the ceiling, angle them because you want to keep the sound inline with your ears. Otherwise, lower them down from the ceiling.

3) Sit back with a nice cold brewsky and enjoy.
