What's the best way to replicate/transfer DHCP and DNS?

I'm using win2k server on my little home network/domain.

I have a server that's running DHCP, DNS, and AD. I've already replicated AD by DCPROMOing the server that will be taking the place of the old one. I will be completely tearing down the old server and would like to just "import" the DNS and DHCP settings. Now I'm sure I will have to install DNS on the new server but how would I import the settins? And for DHCP I have no idea what to do because I know I can't install another DHCP server on the same network with same settings or I will get conflicts, so how do I replicate this? Would I be able to install DHCP and leave it unactivated untill I tear down the old one?

Nevermind I found out what to do. With DNS and active directory intergrated things were a piece of cake. As for DHCP, it was a little tougher but not hard with the help of this article, MS KB.
