I saw an article on this but it wanted me to disable my ad blocker. So I figured ATOT would be a better way to answer the question

^I sprinkle a little water on the crust, then I throw it in the toaster oven. (Infrared heating element toaster)

30 in the microwave to warm the cheese, then toaster oven to crisp it back up. I find that toasters consistently burn the crust before getting the cheese melty enough.
30 seconds in microwave and then in a frying pan for a bit is what the article floating around was saying

Lately I've just been heating up my gas oven and then putting it in there for ten minutes on a baking sheet.
When summer rolls around, back to microwave/toaster oven though.
Getting a frying pan involved is more effort that I'm willing to invest for leftover pizza.

and to re-heat chicken nuggets, it's the chicken nuggets button on your microwave

I don't have a toaster over. So about a minute in the microwave to get the top warm, then a couple of minutes in the regular oven to get the crust right. The skillet method works well too, but only if you're heating up a single slice.
