any tips? I've started to eat a lot of fish lately, but fish is kinda one of those things that has to be eaten relatively fresh -- I pretty much always cook it the same day I buy it and eat it within a day or two.
my problem comes from the fact that I've started doing my meat shopping at whole foods... they've got a significantly better selection than my local grocery store, but they're also about half an hour drive away, which means I only really want to be making the trip once a week at most (every other week would probably be ideal). but what's the best way to store the fish so that it stays somewhat fresh and available for cooking throughout the week?
