here it is:
Breakfast 7:00 Am
2 glasses of milk, fruit, and cereal or toast and eggs

Lunch 11:30

afterschool
2 glasses of milk, bread product, and fruit

Dinner
Meat product, 2 glasses of milk, potatoes, and other vegetable

Late night
dont know yet

Only problem I have is im never sure what lunch is but there is usually a meat of some sort, bread, fruit, and milk i also have a bottle of Dr. pepper or something

Man, that's a weight loss diet.

When I was gaining it was like this.

Breakfast:
Weight gainer drink mixed with whole milk, ~ 600 cals
2hrs later:
sandwiches, ham and cheese usually. two of those
Lunch:
double order of whatever was lunch of the day in the cafeteria. No kidding, I frequently ate two helpings of meatloaf and potatoes.
2hrs later:
weight gainer again, this time mixed in water (no milk around at work) ~400 cals
2hrs later:
snack on M&m's and cookies, whatever, another 200-300 cals
Dinner:
couple of chicken breasts, box of mac and cheese
After workout:
another weight gainer mixed with milk

Through 8-10 Cokes for about 1100 cals through out the day.

I weighed 150 when i started that kind of eating and with workout too much (6 days a week) I gained about 30 punds in 2.5 years. Had I known better I would have worked out less, like 3-4 days and put on more weight and size and strength. I was burning too much of the food off with those long 2-3 hour workouts, now I 've learned that an hour 3x a week is what works for me.

This list is just basic meals im still gonna eat a ton of junk and if i have money for weight gainer then ill get some. So there should be more meat in the diet and cheese is a good thing too. I drink vitamin d milk too so i figured that would help.

Don't worry about your weight dude. You need to concentrate on being in top cardio shape more than anything.
Your metabolism will change sooner or later, and you will fill out. Usually this happens in the early to mid 20's. (about 23 for me). Puberty will add height and a little weight, but guys often don't start to fill out until their 20's.
Untill then, concentrate on developing *healthy* eating habits, because once your metabolism changes, you will end up fat if you eat all the junk people are recommending here.

Where are you getting this idea that fat is a good thing? Gaining weight through fat is the worst thing you can do to yourself. You need to eat 5-6 meals a day of good food high in protein and get on a regular exercise program. If you do that your body will grow at whatever pace your metabolism allows.

At first I thought MrChicken's diet was semi-ok until I saw the daily snack of m&m's and cookies

it's not possible to gain weight without gaining fat. But u're right, don't bother with all the mcdonalds greasey crap.

U're meal plan looks good. Just make sure you eat lots of protein and carbs. The rule of the thumb is, take your desired weight, multiply by 1.5, and eat that much in grams of protein per day. With the same desired bodyweight, multiply that that by 20, and you have the number of calories per day you should be eating.

Good sources things to eat: Eggs or Egg Whites
Steak (grilled) and Chicken (broiled or grilled)
Milk and Orange Juice
Lean Beef (grilled or broiled) for hamburgers
Canned Tuna or Canned Chicken Breasts
Peanut Butter
Wheat or White Bread (wheat is preferred for leaning up)
Potatoes (mashed or baked)
Vegetables and Fruits
Salads
Cold Cuts
Cereal (only unsweetened and/or high fiber cereals)
Tea
Fish (baked, grilled or broiled)
Rice (brown rice or wild rice)(steamed)
Yogurt
Nuts and Seeds
Wild-game Meat
Lean Ham
Cottage Cheese
Beans
Pasta & Legumes
Sweet Potato
Low-Fat Cheese and Salad Dressings
Olive, Canola, or Flaxseed (vascularity) oil
Oatmeal and Grits (w/o butter)

I was working out too much, and the M&M's and cookies were needed to get the weight on.... uh, yeah that's it! I never was and I am still not a fanatic about strict diets. I am in the camp that believes exercise fixes a bad diet, as long as the exercise comes before you feel the effects of a bad diet. IOW, if you have high cholesterol and clogged arteries, the diet is the thing to do now, but if you are fine now and exercise enough, then your diet wont kill you.

So far my blood tests have borne this out for a couple of decades, with one exception, I am moving towards T2 diabetes, just like my dad. Even so the exercise is keeping that at bay for now.

Here is a recipe I invented back in the mid 80's. It's guaranteed to put mass on a pipecleaner!

Rudee's Oatmeal Milkshakes

1 cup raw Quaker Oats
2 cups whole milk
1 overripe banana
1 raw egg
* dash of cinnamon (optional)

Blend the above ingredients at high speed in a blender until smooth. Drink like a milkshake. It's very tasty and very nutritious. Work up to 3 of these Oatmeal Milkshakes a day along with a routine based around heavy compound exercises. Workout no longer than a hour, no more than 4 days a week. (for you I recommend 3 days/week) Try to get in 3 of these shakes a day along with another 2 or 3 small healthy meals. Don't forget the importance of rest. Thank me later.

Yeah i've been reading a lot on the muscle magazine forums about natural building. I've got a lot of work to do to change my eating habits and i also have to find some way to endurance training in the winter without being able to run and without jumping rope.

Throw in a quadruple-bypass at age 30 and you're all set :)

I didnt figure that mcdonalds food had that many calories in it. I live like 20 miles away from the nearest mcdonalds though. I figure that if i follow a basic diet lsimillar to the one posted then i should be fine.
