What's the best video card out on the market that I can get for $70-$100? Is there something out there, within that price range, that'd be noticably better than a geforce3 64 mb ti200?

Also, irrelevant to my first question, but does "VIVO" just mean video in-video out?

Thanks ahead.

Hey, I dunno if your going to get a whole lot more perfomance in that price range. VIVO means video in, video out. I just got a 8500Radeon from newegg for $89 shipped, and it's supposed to be about like a GF4 4200, so you might wanna think about that one, other than that, I don't have a clue.

I get 161fps in Q3, catalyst 2.2, and you can check out the rig below

Radeon 8500 is the best deal for under $100. The new catalyst drivers have it benchmarking very close to a G4 Ti4200.
