I'm thinking brain transplantation but open heart surgery seems kind of fun too. Which type of surgery do you prefer to watch and why?

actually, an open heart is pretty long and boring.... just alot of micro suturing....

probably funnest cases to watch are ortho cases like a total hip replacement

That's kinda funny. I've had both of those done. but I didn't really get to watch.

 
Watching fat tub-a-loscos get the fast food fat sucked out of them in lipo-suction. Yellow icky secret sauce.
 
Long time ago in my health class my teacher made us watch an open heart surgery video... I remember putting my headphones on and putting my hood up and falling asleep... I hate watching surgery. If the teacher caught me doing this I would have walked out of the classroom.
 
Nose reduction.... using those chisels on the bridge of their nose!

Liposuction is great too.... ramming that suction rod in there having no idea what they are destroying.

It's great!

I saw a nose job on tv a few days ago, and they took a frickin chisel and a hammer to this chicks nose, and then they showed the clump of bone they took off after a few hits...it was just painful to watch ehh...makes me shudder still.

It's where they sever certain nerves in the brain in order to treat certain mental illnesses. Often used in the early parts of the 1900s but it's not too common today because it tends to have serious side effects (as you can imagine).
 
I've always found eye surgeries like muscle/tendon shortening or lengthening to be gross. Something about seeing the eyeball poked and grabbed and pulled around with instruments that just turned my stomach.
