bulked up since HS. People always comment about how much I filled out since I've seen them last.

It was not something I did... but my parents did for me. Braces. Nice teeth to me are extremely important, so I was very blessed and grateful that they got me braces when I was younger.

lost weight in my early 20's, about 100 lbs. But it did not really help till i gained confidence in my late 20's early 30's.

i learned its not what you carry or look like, its how you carry yourself and how you act, that truely defines appearence.

cut my hair, 18 inches off. damn hippies.

i've also gained about 45lbs since high school, up to 180 now. I need to level this weight gain thing off though.
