We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. If you have Windows XP installed just use that....
First open Control Panel
Second open Administrative Tools
Third open Computer Management
Fourth on the left column click on Disk Management .... it will bring up a list of all your drives including the new drive you installed
Fifth Right Click on the New Drive
Sixth Click on Format Drive
Set your option to NTFS and let it go.........
Seems lengthy but it is really simple.
Easiest way is to go to start>run, then type in "cmd".
You will get a DOS prompt.. in that type in "convert X: /FS:NTFS", where "X" is the drive letter.
EDIT: D'oh, sorry, I misread the post... I thought you were trying to convert FAT32 to ntfs...
