WAN/LAN admin for a state government agency.

Good pay, good people, and lots of bandwidth.

My job now is pretty good (I work in Recruiting for T-Mobile) because the people are nice, but I used to work in a small recruiting company my family owned and that was awesome.

Bouncer at a strip club......j/k! Actually, one of my good friends started out that way. He's got some crazy stories.

My first job out of school at a wireless billing company was good because I liked the people I worked with. Unfortunately, we worked with crappy technology.

Now, I'm at a job with great technology but I don't care for the people I work with.

I really haven't hit job nirvana yet.

Where I'm at now is my best ever...

Good pay.
Fun job.
Fun coworkers.
Nerf darts flying overhead.
Managers that actually give a crap about employees.
Company that doesn't mind spending $$ on employees.
10 minutes from home.

Where I work now.

The reasons?

1. It's interesting.
2. I get paid more than I ever had.
3. It's a very secure job.
4. It will look awesome on my resume.
5. They're understanding about me going to college.

Not this thread again... Worked at a half retail sales / half delivery job with a good male friend & my g/f. Half the time I was out on deliveries with my buddy, catching movies and such in between sparse deliveries, the other half I was in a back room with my high-libido'd g/f in between sparse customers :) Didn't do much business though, they went under and I was laid off :(

Infiniti. I started working there just as Nissan was reviving itself with the 350z. The G35 Sedan came along and it was so fun to drive around. Unfortunately I wasn't working there once the new M45 and the G35 coupe came along :(

My friend was a Chef at SpremintRhino's. He loved his job when he was there. He would also go out and 'recruit' from other strip clubs, quite funny.

Maintenance at my old college. GREAT bosses, great coworkers, we drove around in all sorts of different kinds of vehicles and did a variety of work. Different thing every day. That job rocked.

I'd say it's a toss-up between my current job and my last job.

last job:
-awsome + hot coworkers
-worked in NYC
-job training including going to see broadway plays (got to see one a month, on average), eating at 5-star restaurants, and just general bumming around in Manhattan
-job was easy as sin
-was fairly respected within the company

current job:
-nice commute (no more than 10-15 minutes long)
-cool (but ugly) coworkers
-job actually challenges me on occasion
-I actually like most aspects of the job that I do
-pretty cool company -- for last year's Christmas party, they rented out an arcade for the night, complete with an open bar and a bus to take everyone from the office to the arcade, and back to a train station afterwards. the company also rented out a movie theater on opening nights for The Matrix 2+3, and Kill Bill 1+2
