What's the best place to buy a new phone online?

I need to buy a new, low-end Nokia for Cingular. Just got a replacement for my old one because I wore out the keys and on the first day I had it I got pushed into a pool.

Anyhow, I'm fvcked and need to buy a phone pretty urgently and don't really have time to fvck around on eBay. Ideas?

I got my phone with a plan from letstalk.com they sell phones by themself too but the prices are a bit high.

I'm not sure if this will work, but couldn't you just buy a prepaid phone and put your sim card in it?

edit: amazon sells some unlocked phones too

Check out the prepaid phones at Cingular.com. They have a couple of nice Nokia's (like the 6030) refurb for $29.99 with free shipping.
