What's the best peice of software? Definetely, both hands down, BulletProof FTP.
Why? Simply because it brought me more other software titles than anything else combined
Runner up will be Napster, which proudly comes in on the second place.

Lately, I've been impressed with Download Accelerator Plus. Some don't like it, but I've found it better and faster than any other download manager I've tried.
