What's the best PCI video card to get?

need one that can handle warcraft 3 or serious sam at medium settings. i don't need a top of the line card for pci, just one that can handle games like those two in medium settings. thanks.

I know you might this is a stupid answer but it's true. If you're playing games nowadays without an AGP slot, you might want to consider getting a less expensive motherboard first. Then invest in a good AGP card. Because think about it, what if you get a nice $120 GeForce FX5200 PCI now and then you get a motherboard in a month with an AGP slot? What are you going to do with the PCI card?

this isn't for me, it's for a friend. and this friend doesn't care about good mobos or 3dmark scores, he only wants to play new games with decent frames. he wants to spend less than 75 bucks, the cheaper the better. i on the other hand have epox 8rda+ w/ radeon 9700 pro, please try to understand that a pci video card is needed here, nothing else.
