What's the best Newsgroup reader and...

Hey Is GrabIt the best newsgroup reader for games, files, etc...?


Also in the past I would download using GrabIt through my ISP newsgroup at around 300-600 a sec now I occasinally hit 100....Do you think my ISP would cap me? I always thought downloading meant nothing to them, only uploading?

I like Newsbin Pro. As for your speed issues, it's probably the fault of your news server. Who do you use? Also, there is a ton of threads on this if you do a search.

optonline.net is my ISP News Server.. I searched the threads and did not find anything about my speed all of a sudden decreasing...

Newsbin Pro and http://easynews.com/ is an unbeatable combo 🙂 My Adelephia news stinks as they don't hold stuff for very long so I shell out the $9 a month for easynews.
