What's the best motherboard monitor program?

I'm talking about those programs that tell you the cpu temp, the case temp, the rpm of the fans and such. I've seen one that's slightly transparent, and runs really well in the background.

What are your recommendations for some free ones that work well?

It can be a little tricky to setup but once you get it right it's pretty nice. I keep the cpu temp in the systray with mouseover for cpu activity.
