Whats the best low profile Pci-E card ?

K, I'm simply looking for the absolute best low profile Pci-E card I can find. I'm going to get a new card for a friend that is getting a Dell E521 as a going to college gift so he can enjoy what little time he'll get to play games.

The best card I've found so far is the MSI 7600GS 256mb card. Is there anything faster out there ? Like a low profile 7600GT or X1650XT that I don't know of yet ?

Half-height usually implies half memory bus (which is already the primary weakness of the GS) but there are some available sporting the full 128-bit bus. If you can find one of those capable of higher clocks (500 vs regular 400 vs GT 560) then at least it won't suck anymore than usual full height GS.

A quick goggle reveals the possibility of 7600GT and even 7900GT from Galaxy but I guess they would be pricey, especially given the usual premium for HDMI cards.
