Whats the best hardware power supply tester for under $50?

Same company I bought one of the cheapo units with just a couple LEDs, and its kinda helpful, but if you need to test a lot of PS I would keep some motherboards handy that have good sensors etc. and screen with a go/nogo cheapo tester and then really test with a real motherboard. You should have a few test MB around anyway to sub parts in and out of etc.

Now if I had a BATCH of PS to test, I would make up some kind of test rig where I could quickly hook them up and give them a full test with max loads etc.

Seems to me you need two kinds of test, fan doesn't spin and no voltage = junkpile, and does it work, but maybe a bit weak etc. Final test has to be you sub in a known good PS and if the system now works, no matter what the other tests show, you need a new PS.
