i priced all the parts individually... i could've saved money i know that.. but after if figure in time, shipping of individual parts etc..etc..etc... i dont save that much.... and i have overnight part replacement... so I dont think i lost that much money..

11 case fans, dont you think that is overkill on the cooling. That pc will probally draw more power than my air conditioner in the summer. Congrats anyway on your new toy. I hope you have fun.

It depends what your time is worth.. If something goes wrong with his system, he can fall back on somone else, plus its a setup that has been tested

ok everyone... i wanted to see exactly how many dollars my hole was ripped open haha.. and to tell you the truth... i'm not sorry i bought it whole...
I figured this stuff out on pricewatch.. (but remeber as with everything on pricewatch it may not be available or shipping may be higher than listed... so.. this is teh LOWEST possible price on pricewatch)

it came out to roughly $3200.. so i basically paid about $600 for one year of 24 hour tech support, overnight part replacement, recovery cd, labor to put computer together.... I dont know what most people think but I dont think thats too bad...
