Green Tea. If you are taking crazy amounts of caffeine, eventually your body is going to become dependent on it and need even more caffeine to have any effect.
It's best to not drink caffeinated drinks all the time.
 
Just got hooked on some stuff made by Sobe called "NO FEAR - SUPER ENERGY" or something similar. It's a black can with a silver skull and "No Fear" on the front. I usually hate energy drinks but this stuff tastes great for me and works great. Gives a good amount of energy and I don't crash. Kinda hard to find...either the store doesn't carry it or it's sold out.
