What's the best dual display video card to buy within the $150.00-$200.00 range?

I have one LCD monitor and one VGA.

does the lcd have dvi, 'cuz i have a gf ti 4200 and i'm using the svideo tv out and vga and i get great results, i can't use the tv to read or anything, but for movies and music vids, it's good... and u can find it in u're pricerange, newegg and such, but i think that might b the oem....

Are you looking for 3d or 2d? For 3d, I'd go with a 9600 Pro or a 9700 non-pro, and overclock it. For 2d, I might actually consider a Matrox card.

9700 non-pro.

The 9600 requires heavy overclocking to even come close to the 9700. It's worth every extra penny.

ATi owns the middle and high end of the graphics market right now, IMO. Matrox should only be considered if gaming is of an extremely low priority.
