What's the "best" display in the $130-140 range?

Minimum Requirements: 1920*1080, 60Hz refresh rate, DVI input (LED lighting would be preferred, but it's not a requirement)

I'll be using it for general computer use and gaming. (Higher resolution is more important to me than faster pixel response times)
