I would like some peoples thoughts on which way I should direct my website?

I like doing site's and building computer system's but I also like helping people with there problems.

any thought would be great

That site will never be a success. Sorry to be so negative, and it's certainly nothing personal, and it's not a dig at your layout, design or functionality, it's that the niche for your website is well and truly flooded. If you want a successful website you need to target an audience that isn't already spoiled for choice by much bigger websites.

true I guess thanks for the positive thoughts I can also do photochop stuff, dreamweaver, flash, maya, etc I'm pretty familiar with the ins and outs of webdesign and I can OC a pc like no other so that's just a hobby really/

well, the colors of the site are just...kinda gloomy. and yes, there are thousands of others doing the same thing (or at least somewhat related) so it is going to be hard for you to make much of a profit doing this. sure you can OC well, but how many computer users out there do you see actually have an OCed computer? or even a custom-built computer at that? sure it's easy to build one....but I still don't see many people doing it. it's still a factory built market out there and unless you innovate something so extraordinary, it would be better if you didn't get too ahead of yourself....

i'm not sure i understand what you want your website to do. are you trying to promote a BUSINESS on this particular website...because if that's the case, the home page shouldn't be about AMD launching a chip, instead it should state what your business is about.

thanks for the input xstatic1 dont I know you buddy?

I think I'm going to pretty much change that when I decide between pc's or website' as my market.

Well as much negative as I got from posting this I'm building my 1st 5 systems for a 20 system state of ga library.

So I'm glad it's going somewhere...

what a jerk are you fcin kidding me.

I think I will wait for the next shet comment and just message the admin there after

Okay, here ya go...

1) As already pointed out your main page doesn't say one dang thing about your business. I had to click on the about page to get that basic info.

2) Those little up arrow deals at the bottom of each div look like they should collapse the div when clicked. They don't.

3) Your html is not valid ( www.w3.org validator ). Nor is your CSS but not a big deal.

4) Why two separate forums w/ different software?

5) The search works. Good for you, it 'doesn't on most do-it-yourself sites.

6) The way the articles appear on your site makes it appear that you wrote them, even when you didn't. For example the "Java's Second Coming" article was written by Aaron Ricadela but on your site it says "Written by jonathan" under the title. I understand that this comes from your content management system but it creates a very bad impression.

That's all I have for now.
