I was working at a call center years ago doing support for Compaq laptops, I was waiting for my manager to ask him some sort of question and there was a lady I didn't really know standing next to me waiting to ask a question also when all the sudden she blurted out to me "god damn you have beautiful eyes!" it actually startled me somewhat. Mostly my eyes though, they tend to change between blue and green and when they are that in-between grayish color is when I seem to get a lot of comments.

As for giving, I'm usually always very chivalrous when it comes to the ladies. :D

:p

If you're a guy then I'd have to go with no, if you're a lady, maybe but I'd have to wait until they change.

Girl in Zoo Lab: At the first of the semester, I thought you were annoying, but since I got to know you... you're the type of guy I'd want to date.

Well, the best compliment is when people see and appreciate my intellect. They've never explicitly told me so, but a number of teachers and bosses have done it.

I've been told that I'm a gentle man... It was nice, if a little emmasculating.

One of my students said that I was "hot shit" on my TA evaluations. That ruled.

No joke. One of my female "friends" told me that one night. :D ;)

For a non-sexual compliment, sometimes I get statments such as "You are a great person Dan." I've only gotten it a few times and it feels so good when people say that. Just those little compliments get me through the day and boost up my self esteem. :)

I like you.

I like you too.

"That was, without a doubt, the best sex I've ever had."

"You're the nicest guy I know."

"Where do you buy your clothes?"

"You're easily the funniest guy I've ever met. You've got such quick wit."

"Every time I fvck, I think of you. Even to this day."

one that wasn't too great but sticks out in my mind is at a cross country race once, we were doing strides to warm up, and one of my teammates, who is much much faster than me, looks over and says "You look like a runner." I just thought it was ironic because I'm really slow (for college-level running, anyways). Other good ones include being told that I'm the funniest guy various people have met, or the sweetest (I get this a lot from girls), and perhaps the best one of all, coming from at least 4 different girls that I can remember, "You are the perfect guy. Jes (my gf) is so lucky."

My principal told one of my parents that she had offered me ANY position I wanted at the school but that I had chosen the special ed preschool class. She wanted to be sure the parent knew I was with her children because I wanted to be, and not because I had no other choice. It was really nice to have a boss who has that much confidence in me, especially since I spent quite a few years at home with my kids. :)

My ninth grade English teacher once told another teacher not to get into a war of words with me because he would lose. That was kinda cool.

A girlfriend once told me that my love had saved her from suicide. Kind of sad and cool at the same time.
