DVD Pricesearch.com has some good deals, both online and in stores.

Edit: They don't actually sell DVDs, they just list the lowest prices for a particualar title and where to buy it.

When i buy dvd's locally, i usually buy form wal-mart, best prices in my area. I don't really order many off the net, but when i do its from buy.com during their free shipping promotions

Half.com had a promotion going awhile ago with a bunch of popular titles for only $9.99, and I think that promotion is still going. Plus, add a coupon to that to make it better. Example (what I did):

Deuce Bigalow = $9.99 + $2.25 shipping
Truman Show = $9.99 + $2.25 shipping
$5 off $20 coupon
Deuce Bigalow and Truman Show for under $20 shipped.

Nice deals there. Plus DVDpricesearch is really good. Hope that helps!
