Well yeah, i have my own recipes... but he was so enthused about his uncle recipe i wanted to know what it was.

Yes, but the question wasn't for just any recipe, it was for one that people find the best!

Theres this one store on Big Bear City, in the "village" that has some of the best Jerky I found in So. Cal.

The Vietnamese jerky? Yeah, they're my favorite too.

my jerky is the best!
my smoked salmon and oysters are the kill too.
did some elk peperoni last year that turned out good too.
have smoked turkeys and chickens whole before, but haven't tried making turkey jerky. might have to try that.

I am somewhat of an expert on Beef Jerky and I promise you that Robertson's has the best darned beef jerky on the planet.

Buys some and if you don't like it send the rest to me.
