Whats the BEST Athlon DDR Motherboard currently

Looking for the general concensus of what the best Athlon MB with DDR support is. Looking to run the 1.33Ghz CPU with 512MB DDR. Having built in Raid is a benefit. Sound/Video is not required or really wanted.
