Probably the consensus is NAV. VScan 6 (McAfee) works provided you immediately install the 6.02 patch before doing any emailin, and don't use its Firewall. Panda is also good. For ease of use and product support, NAV.

Right now I'm using AVG Anti-Virus with no major complaints. I've got NAV CE 7.6 but no reason to install it since AVG does what I need.

I've also been using AVG with Windows XP with good results. And AVG is free, which is nice.
