What's the best 20" flatscreen TV out there for the money?

A comb filter separates the video signal into it's chrominance(basically the color levels) and luminance(basically the black/white levels) parts.

It's not a flat screen, it's a flat square tube, completely different. It's still curved.
what's the difference really? Is it noticeable?

Varies from TV to TV. I think you could tell the difference between a flat screen Apex and a regular curved high end Toshiba. It'd be best to go to a Circuit City/Sams/Best Buy and compare them all.
