What's the average temp for a 1.2 Thunderbird?

I'm running 1.2 at factory speed with a Coolermaster HSF and a 80mm case fan.

In the BIOS with no activity I get readings of 43C for the CPU and 34C for the mobo. After I take the case panel off, the CPU temp drops to 40C.

Am I running to hot?
 
thats a good question if anyone ever figures it out let me know. the socket a motherboards temp readings are so wide ranging and innacurate that trying to compare one to another is like comparing apples and oranges
 
Sorry, I guess I should give more info:

mobo: FIC AD11 (not sure which BIOS version; using default)
1.2 Ghz AXIA T-bird
CoolerMaster HSF
80mm Silencer Rear fan

I'm going to add another fan to the front, but I don't know how much effect this'll have.
