I was thinking of this the other day when my wife and I were discussing what to do to celebrate our 30th birthday's since we're only 3 months apart in age and we'll be 30 this coming year. Then that same day it was my sister in law's birthday, who is 7 years younger than my brother.
My family friends growing up (were like my other parents practically) were 11 years apart in age.
With my brother and his wife, they've been together for a long time now but when they started dating there were some age difference issues like maturity.
But on the flip side, I dated a woman that was 30 when I was in my early 20's and in that situation, I found her to be to immature for my taste, all she wanted to do all day was text her friends on her phone and at night go to clubs like she was a teen.
So what is the age difference between you and your significant other for those that have one?
