What's that Windows 2000 website...

That tells you incompatibilities with games and software on win2k? Doesn't it also give little tricks and stuff so you can get around them sometimes? Anyone know what that site was? I have a game that says it won't install on WinNT but I want to see if I can get around it somehow...if anyone knows a way OTHER than what that site may (or may not) have, my ears are open. (The game is Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2001.)
