What's that website that will find where a picture is used online...

A year or so ago someone posted a website here that allowed you to upload a jpeg and it would find websites that used that identical picture, regardless of whether it had been re-sized or re-named, etc. I can't remember what the name of it was and I can't come up with the right Google search to find it.

umm... if it searched based on image appearance, wouldnt that take a HUGE amount of CPU resources...?

if it searched based on something like EXIF data, wouldnt that be ridiculously easy to strip?
