What's that stuff called that you build things out of?

I'm trying to source this aluminum track stuff but I have no idea what it's called or where to get it. I can't even describe it christ's sake.

Here's a cnc built out of it. It's the aluminum track/structure material and bracket components I'm looking for.

I figured it's not sold as a kit but does it have a category or common name other than extruded aluminum rail?

Just don't encourage her to go build the stuff. There's enough dammed women in the trades...and some of them are dangerously distractive...😀
 
80/20 is one company that sells a bunch of extrusion and accessories (including linear bearings, etc, that you would need for sliding assemblies).
