What's some good anime?

Just started getting into anime. I liked Full Metal Panic and Azumanga. I've seen some Initial D but I didn't like it that much.

Elfen Lied, kind of a hard watch. It's pretty sad and horrifying. But all in all will probably be one of the best animes you'll ever see.

Evangelion is pretty sweet.

Gundam Seed and Seed Destiny. Amazing in that stupid big robot way.

Full Metal Panic TSR (The Second Raid) and Fumoffu. If you liked the first FMP you'll love these.

Bleach is good... up until Lunar stopped subing them.

Samuria Champloo is awesome but kind of drags on.

Ghost in the Shell series. High tech well animated anime that is just cool.

Witch Hunter Robin deserves an honorable mention.

As far as others look at the top animes on these sites, Anidb.net and animenfo.com. Also when you find an anime that interests you look at the groups that have ripped them on anidb.net and find the best quality rip from the comments. Also don't be lazy, watch anime with Japanese audio and English subtitles.. dubbing just fails 90% of the time.
