What's so great about AMEX Blue?

It seems like a lot of people use Blue. I never had an AMEX card because I don't want to pay their $55 annual fee when I can get a Visa/MC for free. But you all aren't stupid. Why should I get an AMEX Blue card like the rest of you?

i'm pretty sure blue doesn't have an annual fee. I hope not, cause i just got mine in the mail today..people like it because of its low APR, and price-matching features..

it involves you calling them up and telling them that the product u bought within the last 60 days dropped in price. I dont even know if you hafta prove it. They give you up to $1000/year in refunds this way.

don't forget that the card looks badass 😉

they also give u a free internet protection reader thingy, not sure what good it is though, since i never really worried about getting frauded (bank always covers you if its more than $50)

Yeah the pricematching is great for computer parts.
They also do 6 months at 0% APR on new purchases when you sign up, even after that it only goes up to 11%

They also have an Online Fraud Protection Guarantee
Use the card online, and you won't be responsible for any unauthorized charges. Period.

Most people, like me, just get it because it looks cool. That whole smart card/smart chip stuff I've never even used. It comes with a free card reader too; never took that thing out of the box. Just a regular card for most of us.

<< you have to make 20k/yr to qualify >>

Hell no. I worrked at Kroger last year when I was 17, and made about $900 that summer. I got the card right after I turned 18, and they gave me a $2000 credit limit.
